Ratings and reviews

There is no proper customer support. No contact number is available anywhere. The product quality is good, but the delivery takes a very long time. I returned some items, but I did not receive any refund, even though the app showed the refund as completed. I did not know whom to contact, as there is no proper contact information. You can only raise a help request, but they neither call back nor respond — not even on WhatsApp.

Very disappointed with the service. Exchange pickup was promised but never happened, and the order was cancelled without any explanation or consent. We have already paid for the products and they are of no use to us. Never buying again. Not recommended at all.

Have been your customer from the time when you only had a website. Bought exclusive membership every year from the time you launched it. but now your quality is bad and most of your collection is oversized tshirts. we normal people want normal classic fit. your quality was the best and the designs were really good that's why I never minded paying the higher prices but now it's all downhill don't just chase expansion blindly, and forget why you were a better pick in the first place
