Ratings and reviews

The collection, customer service and products are all good, but the app needs some improvements. The filters don't seem to work sometimes. I selected a size and then the page loaded and still showed more than a few products that didn't have the selected size.

They have good products but they use a third party delivery service with zero quality control, I received a tampered order and they were unable to resolve the issue for me. Had to donate the ₹600 for the missing items to Souled Store. Will never order from you again. Thank God it wasn't something expensive.

They don't have a customer helpline number, resolving a simple complaint takes days over email. App is buggy in some places and their prices have increased and membership is just a joke; it only makes sense if you buy many items. Shipping is pretty slow as well compared to other e-retailers
