I have had a very good user experience with the app, and the clothes are really, really good. I have been using this app for more than 2 years and have been its loyal customer However I think for pants and lowers there should be larger sizes. but otherwise a big win

Downgrading to 1 star after my very first experience with customer support. Did not expect this kind of indifference and irresponsible responses to paying customers. That too after being a member for more than a year Update: Dear Souled Store Team I wrote this review "after" I connected to you through your app on WhatsApp. The way you first split my single order in to multiple deliveries and then blamed me for not keeping track of them was the cherry on the cake which brought me here.

Extremely infuriating experience from the souled store's customer care. I received my order with damaged packing, but when I reached out to them for help, they clearly refused to understand what i am trying to say. COMPLETE SCAM is running here Their support was unresponsive, unhelpful and seemed completely unwilling to offer any solution or resolution. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept giving vague replies and ultimately denied the exhange.
