Ratings and reviews

When cancelling an order. They grey out two different options for refund. If you do not select either of them they default the refund amount to The souled store money (credits) which is a bad UI practice. It should have been a mandatory field like the reason for cancellation. This way they are tricking the customers to buy again.

Extremely buggy app as well as the website. Been a long time customer and the now I'm rethinking it. Cannot pay for my order at all. The website is stuck on the payment page while the app gives a blank screen once I log in with my credentials. If I close the app and re start it all my shopping history is wiped and I need to log in all over again. Extremely frustrating experience given that they are a completely online store.

Whenever the items in the cart goes out of stock it does not remove them automatically but it asks us to do manually while checking out that makes so much frustrating if there are so many items in the cart , and then we have to figure it out which items are now out of stock and then remove them. Please fix this problem as soon as possible in upcoming updates.
