The app suddenly plays YouTube videos with sound (content, not ads). Can't turn the sound off. Can't stop the video either, because there is an overlay menu that won't go away, which also means you can't actually see the video. App support shoots themselves in the foot with an inane email setup: They route incoming emails through a third party, which forwards them in a way that breaks the SPF record, so the emails are automatically declined. Then they respond by saying I should email them! Fail

Biggest issue with the app comes when tapping story headlines from my notifications. If the app has been closed for too long (ie not running in the background), tapping the article notification will open the app but then leave me at the app's home screen. At that point, the notification has been dismissed and I have to manually search for the article I wanted to read. Would also love to see a text-to-speech reader available at the top of each article. Finally, "Autos" isn't in the sections list.

Articles stutter (vibrate) badly while scrolling. Not true for any other news app on my phone or even the Star main feed. Even worse when ads are on screen. Nearly unreadable.

Hello, the auto play videos move out of view as you scroll down and read article, it is designed to not disrupt reading experience and play on mute, these auto play videos add value to our news offering and cannot be disabled on the user level at this time. Thank you
