Great gym. Great staff. Very buggy, poorly designed app. Screens take forever to load. Sometimes have to try multiple times to book or cancel a class because of system errors. Doesn't offer a waiting list for group classes so that you can be added if someone cancels. Doesn't provide group class descriptions (even though it says it does). No Add to Calendar functionality, not even in the email confirmation. Can't book personal training or other onsite services through the app.

Bad experience with this app since late summer/ early fall update. I am unable to view schedules or select time for anything other than group fitness classes. That means I can no longer book for laugh learn and play, super awesome and amazing, the water park, or any other activity that is not within fitness group classes category. This app used to be very useful and efficient but no longer works well. This facility is too expensive to have an ineffective app user experience. Tried w/ tech sup

Poor functioning, unable to access swimming or masters swimming workouts. App updates took pool lane scheduling away...no notice of this change. I can't find the posted pool hours as they are supposed to be on the app. Continuous substandard experience
