Great gym. Great staff. Very buggy, poorly designed app. Screens take forever to load. Sometimes have to try multiple times to book or cancel a class because of system errors. Doesn't offer a waiting list for group classes so that you can be added if someone cancels. Doesn't provide group class descriptions (even though it says it does). No Add to Calendar functionality, not even in the email confirmation. Can't book personal training or other onsite services through the app.

Poor functioning, unable to access swimming or masters swimming workouts. App updates took pool lane scheduling away...no notice of this change. I can't find the posted pool hours as they are supposed to be on the app. Continuous substandard experience

Updated review: app works great for all functionality. It's easy to reserve a space anywhere on the facility and check in with COVID screening. Great app for a great facility. The St. James has been awesome for our family throughout this crazy 2020!
