Great gym. Great staff. Very buggy, poorly designed app. Screens take forever to load. Sometimes have to try multiple times to book or cancel a class because of system errors. Doesn't offer a waiting list for group classes so that you can be added if someone cancels. Doesn't provide group class descriptions (even though it says it does). No Add to Calendar functionality, not even in the email confirmation. Can't book personal training or other onsite services through the app.

this app crashes every week and becomes unusable with out uninstalling and reinstalling. but I need it to access the gym. so once a week, upon arrival at the gym, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app, wasting precious workout time on a silly issue. staff at the st james have no solution and never escalate the issue. premium gym and they can't even maintain a functioning check in process? what a joke.

This app constantly crashes for me so I can't scan at the gym. Currently it's telling me I don't have an account (4 months into my membership). When I try to create a new account, it just keeps bringing me to the home screen. I've uninstalled/reinstalled several times.
