This app does not work anymore. It used to be great but now anytime I try and control a switchbot it just fails. I could be standing right next to it and it fails. The app can't find new devices either. I have reached out to support multiple times and all I got are automated messages and no one actually helps me.

A free replacement is guaranteed within the warranty if there is hardware defect with the SwitchBot Bot.

I've had this since 2021 and it's been totally upgraded, and now things still don't work! Just looks better! I have the light switches .. before in the app i couldn't even chance the names, now I can change the names, but the schedule thing doesn't work for s***!! It'll save it, but when the time comes ... nothing!! BAD APP!!

Experience is getting worse. (1) My hub is online but my devices show as offline -- the hub controls them like a remote so this should never happen. (2) Home screen shortcuts still work while the devices are "offline" but this shouldn't be necessary! (3) The remote layout was changed, and now I have to scroll down to mute my TV when the remote is available at all!
