Ratings and reviews

The hub won't stay connected to save it's life, so basically an entire waste of money. If you need remote unlock capabilities - this is not the system for you. It used to give me notifications when the door locked and unlocked and by who - now it doesn't and I can't figure out where in the app to fix that. Have tried the notifications and lock pages with no luck. It's a good bare bones system but don't expect anything fancy.

The app has gotten slower and many times takes more than one attempt to connect via bluetooth. It will not delete previous data even after re-set or even after removing/replacing batteries. Now, I have to down load over two month's worth of data EVERY time I want to look at history of temperatures. What have you done to this app? It used to work just fine, now it's worthless.

So bought multiple security camera, and mounted and it was all hooked up and running and on day one the 2k outdoor spotlight camera lost connection and wouldn't reconnect until I disconnected from solar panel and pressed the reset button once quickly. Then all working again.. and my wifi has been working. Constantly and we have 1g fiber with camera only about 20k from router... Just sayin. Not good. Lord knows if we were on vacation and this occurs. . Mkmaking me rething entire ecosystem.
