About this app

What are 1on1’s?

A 1on1 is a 20-minute conversation between leaders and individual team members every month. The app reminds leaders when it is time to schedule a 1on1, walks them through the 1on1 meeting, and gives them questions to ask during the 1on1 that facilitate growth and development. At the end of the conversation, the leader can easily record and keep track of the commitments made by each team member each month. The app provides users with a dashboard on their yearly progress and badges when they accomplish specific achievements.

Why use the 1on1’s app?

Optimize Feedback – The 1on1 App features a built-in feedback loop so that every employee has a chance to offer feedback each month. As team members share feedback and feel heard, they become more engaged in their work.

Stay Organized – Everyone wants to invest the time necessary to develop their team. However, life and work often get so busy that development doesn’t happen. The 1on1 app helps you stay organized and up-to-date on each team member’s progress so that no one falls through the cracks.

Empower leaders – Let’s be honest; many managers in organizations don’t feel comfortable sitting down and having a coaching conversation. They may not feel equipped or not feel comfortable having awkward conversations. The 1on1 App supplies all the questions needed for every session. Also, there are training videos in the app that give every “Coach” tips and best practices, so they feel equipped and ready to have meaningful conversations.

Raise Performance – Engaged employees who trust their manager or leader outperform other employees. Organizations with engaged employees outperform other organizations regardless of whether they are for-profit or non-profit. Employees who go through the 1on1 process feel encouraged and challenged. We help teams raise their performance by caring for one another while holding each other accountable.
