The betr™ meetings app makes your meetings better by helping you to Plan, Run, and Track your upcoming meetings. It ensures that your meetings start on time, and helps you manage meeting outcomes.

betr™ meetings reads your existing calendars and:

- Finds Free Time for you to meet, even if everyone uses a different calendar!
- Reminds you to plan the Agenda, review the parking lot (tabled discussion topics), and complete Member Updates.

When the meeting starts, betr™ meetings can:

- Join you to your Conference Call or Webinar with just 1 click – no long phone numbers to dial or access codes to remember.
- Notify the Host or Participants if you’re Running Late.
- Show who’s Attending and who hasn’t joined yet.
- Use your conference bridge audio controls to Mute/Unmute Participants.*
