You'd think an insurance company this size would invest in developing a good app, right? Dream on. App is slow and clunky at best. Worst part is, it's been like this for years now with little ot no improvement. Their rewards program is dry. Not only the points are outrageously hard to earn but anything redeemable is expensive. AXA gives more for free and at reasonable redemption prices and AIA has a much better app. Shows how much MTL really cares for their customers.

The most useless, helpless, pointless, worthless application ever. Tax certificates can not be reviewed. Then I chose to receive it by email address instead. 4 days had past. Not even a single file had been sent to me yet. Payment status never seems to be updated . The payment had been made 4 days ago by the barcode I requested from this app. But the payment status shown that my payment is now overdue for 4 days! Seriously? It's a financial related application. Please do better naka

I can not submit claim because of a bug of taking receipt picture. After taking pictures, there is no picture saved and when I click submit it say I did not take pictures. The only feature I need from this app is unusable. This is useless.
