Offline navigation, riding groups, roadbooks and your whole cockpit — one app that turns any Android device into a dashboard for adventure vehicles.
Ride with no signal and no data plan: the maps, the routing, the search and the warnings all run on the device.

DMD2 is free to install and ride with: offline maps, navigation, GPX, roadbooks, trips, rider profiles and your connected devices are all included, along with three offline map downloads.
A subscription adds the online side — online map layers, weather, worldwide fire layers, riding groups, HUB sync and the Discover listings, online place search, and unlimited offline map downloads.
On DMD hardware the license is built in: install and ride.

Ratings and reviews

The main situation where I use this app (and tablet) is for navigation in remote areas where I don't have internet connections. For that, it excels. For urban riding, the maping intelligence is simply not up to par with google maps, but that's comparing a small team of dedicated developers to a mega corporation. Not really a fair comparison.

Used to adore this app for it's basic dashboard. Just launched it for the first time in a while and...okay, starting over! And looks like more nag screens? So far I haven't figured out a way to recreate the perfect setup I had before. I can appreciate the developers caring enough to put in hard work to release a major version update, so I'll try to stay open minded. Just when you're ready to go then open the app to find everything's different, that sucks. Hopefully it's for the better!

used it for 8 months before this update forcing the in app map feature. unfortunately now deleting the app. old version was great for all features. already canceled the subscription for it on the play store account i used. would not recommend for others to use unless using pace notes and paying for it.
