I want this to be better than it really is. The maps crash way too often. Landscapemode insist that I orient my phone incorrectly. Downloading maps and importing gpx files - both desperately need multiselect. Maps can't navigate anywhere, but getting back to dmd from Google maps is a pain. It should have a basic media control page with music start/fwd and volume. The ui design is petty unattractive. Hookup to obd sensors (Bluetooth) seems hit or miss.

Have used this product for about a year. Great detail in maps. Mostly used in offroad applications to track routes in remote areas with no cell service. Great product. Had an issue when I joined beta as it won't record tracks (yet). Had a issue rolling back to earlier version so contacted developers. Prompt reply and provided answer, (wait a while before reinstalling app) had me going again shortly. Great products are defined by support and service by the company. DMD2 gets nod of approval.

It works, but has some issues. The app crashes every now and then, especially when using the map, which is annoying while riding. But my main issue is with the selection bar in the bottom of the screen: it randomly loses icons and the only way to get them back is to switch between portrait and landscape modes. This is a pain because you have to take the phone out of the mount. Still bought a subscription and hope that a newer version will be more stable than this one.

Please try the new beta. Just press "join beta" in the Play Store, then after that uninstall old version and install new beta.
