I've literally never had a bad experience with ThredUp. I accidentally submitted an order with the wrong shipping address, and because I caught it in time, the support team was able to correct the address before it shipped. I love browsing and "window shopping" on the app as well, and occasionally, there's a piece that just calls out to you. It's a curated thrifting experience, and all the items I've received have matched the quality of their descriptions.

Moving the goal post. Every single thing i liked about them, they have changed our stopped doing. Sending in old clothes in great condition to put credit towards other people's gently used clothing, it's perfect. Except that's not what they do anymore. And you don't get points anymore. And the app still doesn't know the difference between a scarf a pair of boots. And they are upping prices. Everything that made toys dope you ruined.

Initially impressed at the selection and prices, that all went out the window when I got my order. One pair of pants had been labeled my size on the app, but when I got them, they weren't even close to my size! Despite this being their mistake, I still had to pay the restocking fee and the options to return are atrocious. I opted for the site credit figuring I could find something else, but now can't even get close to just spending the credit amount.
