Ratings and reviews

9/1/2026 new version requires additional keystrokes to find the daily account value change. This is NOT helpful. Why remove this from the summary view? Hardly a "fix". There seems to be no feedback option from within the app itself. Also, the link to "Manage Account" does not function- it opens a browser tab which does not resolve. And the account value graph has no scale.

Not being able to use biometrics or save your password makes it difficult and time-consuming to use. Frequent reauthentication of the device is annoying. Just let me access my account already. Accounts don't get updated consistently, so it's impossible to know your exact balance at any given time.

Update: on a phone call with client services, they guided me to my web-based account, and I was temporarily able to log in to my account via the app. A few weeks later, I am again unable to log in to the app. I tried repeating the steps on the website, but couldn't make it work. This isn't worth it.
