i am using easylive plus app for several month no issues ,I have more than 10 devices in my account but now only 3 devices shown same time another mobile login my account all the devices shown. i uninstall and again installed the app. same issue repeated, how to solve this issue .

My cameras do not zoom while live and notification clips timer does not run the 1 minute recording. I do not know if it is a setting because previously it did work. I got a new phone and after reinstalling the app it does not work.

Dear administrators, After the update, my app is crashing and won't even open. I tried uninstalling it and then installing it again. Please review the update as I have no access to my cameras.
