Installed as a replacement for Wunderlist (development has stopped and the team have moved to Microsoft To-Do, which lacks many features of Wunderlist which I used happily for some time). Glad I installed TickTick, it solves some of the issues I had with Wunderlist. Great app, easily the best task manager and I've tried a lot.

I like the functionality, especially the Calendar availability. I wish that there was cloud support to sync across devices. UPDATE: I have since learned that for some reason my phone wasn't syncing properly. Now a 5 - star product!

Compared to other task applications I've tried, I liked the pop-ups (especially the snooze options) and the alert sounds / vibration the best on TickTock. Other app alerts didn't seem to get my attention which defeated the whole purpose of the app! The pop-ups give you the option to act on a reminder right from my lock screen which is very convenient. Others forced you to unlock your phone (I use Android) and then edit the app which wasn't very efficient and took too long.

Any idea if the following feature gets implemented in 2017?? For keeping running grocery lists for separate stores, I type a product (tomatoes) into my list and check it off when picked up in store. Later, to add same product (tomatoes) back to pickup list I have to scroll down a long unsorted completed list, click more, read more list entries, click view more.. etc. Getting tired of wasting time searching. Consider adding sort feature (alphabetical, etc) to completed items list. Thanks. PLEASE.

Most of its functionality is free, and the subscription is less than some other popular options. Really like web/desktop functionality - I use that at least as much as the phone app.

I tried a lot of to-do apps, but none of them did quite what I wanted until I found TickTick. It combines the functionality I was looking for with a format that best works with my way of making lists rather than tasks. I would like to see more themes offered in future updates, but the important parts are there. I particularly like the fact that it syncs across all my devices. Thanks!

I have tried a number of task management tools over the years and ticktick has the best balance between convenience, functionality and presence. The chrome plugin allows me to achieve gmail inbox zero; The folders and #tagging enable me to GTD; The scheduling (today, tomorrow, 7 days, calendar) facilitates a ZTD approach; The priorities, and checklists support 7 habits; And the snoozable nagging reminders supports those hard deadlines, (and the procrastination monkey ;); The Android app is quick and easy to use, with voice dictation and location based reminders; The service is collaborative, with comments and assignments; The developers are actively updating the service, innovating the user experience, and responsive to user feedback (they would be in the upper right of a Gartner quadrant for vision and execution. That's why I subscribe for the full service. Highly recommended to try before you buy. 5 *****

Phenomenal productivity app. I have tried numerous to do apps including the "editor's picks" like todoist, trello, wunderlist , etc. This app does it all, lightweight and seamlessly. Integrated calendars with multiviews, sharing lists, printing lists, subtasks with reminders, prioritization, tagging and headers with folders too. Honestly, best all in one app I've ever used. Has every feature I could ever want, and still the UI is super simple and streamlined. Awesome widgets too (android). Couldn't recommend enough. No, I don't work for the company. PRO upgrade is well worth it and reasonably priced. App changed my life. Thanks for all the incredible work and thought you've put in.

I really love this app. It compliments the book "Getting things done" by David Allen because it allows you to organize your lists into folders, set calendar reminders, set priorities, treat lists like reference blocks, see an overview of all tasks across lists, and exclude lists from the overall view (make them private). The only feature that I would like to see is I would like for the option to prevent the native back button from exiting the app when you press it at the home screen. I find sometimes I will hit it several times and the app will close and I have to open it again from my list of apps. Overall, a fantastic and simple to use list tracker for productivity.

I've tried many task managers, and I tend to change them on a monthly basis, but this one is sticking. What I like: intuitive gestures, Google Now integration, clean look, cloud sync. Edit: they added tagging, changing from 4 to 5 stars! Edit 5/15/17: lowering to 4 because they're not up with the times integrating with cloud services like IFTTT or Alexa. Developer says not planned for 2017 at all.

Lots of productivity apps out there, but for me this is the perfect blend of simplicity and being feature rich. Unfortunately, there isn't a one size fits all when it comes to productivity processes but I find this one customizable enough to fit my busy life without having an overwhelming number of features. In addition, the premium features are available without being completely in your face and nagging you to purchase even if you decide to go with this already great free version. Quick synchronization means that your task list is always up to date regardless which device you decide to view it on. Thanks for creating an app that organized my life and makes it more productive.

As far as I can tell it's the only task app on the market that provides editing and simple check mark in their widget without having to open the full app. This is very useful for daily or repeating tasks. Couldn't be happier, exactly what I needed.

Being forced to leave Wunderlist (because Microsoft is killing it, and Microsoft's ToDo app is disfunctional, and generally poor), I was looking for a suitable replacement and I found it in TickTick. It does everything Wunderlist does, at least. Could use a proper web interface rather than relying on a Chrome extension (which works ok on Chrome to be fair). Very happy to move over, and even more relieved that I have the same great type of functionality. Worthwhile going pro (I did almost immediately).

I didn't even need the pro version and I paid for it anyway because this is the first to-do app that's stuck for me. No gimmicks, no forced methods, just a flexible way to manage your to-dos.

Minor complaints: 1) When I press enter on a task name to move it to the subtask field, the first word of the task is deleted. 2) In the recent apps screen, the app is always blue regardless of the theme applied.

Beautifully designed. Very intuitive. Fantastic feature set. Despite using many such apps, I keep coming back to this. I was using Gtasks designed by the same team before. TickTick is even better. Persistent notification, custom snoozing, colour coding, tagging, widgets, smart parsing, swipe to complete, setting priority, calendar view and many more.

I've been long time user of Wunderlist and Todoist and TickTick takes best from both and delivers it in awesome UI/UX. It instantly made me feel at home - it has features of Todoist and simplicity of Wunderlist. Highly recommended!

Best out there at the moment. Good sync. More colours and subtasks would be good for organisation. Maybe in pro, but don't really like subscription based services, would prefer one-off payment for extra features. Recommended.
