My second deposit is still showing as "Payment Pending," even though the amount has already been deducted from my bank account. My bank transaction history clearly shows the payment was successful. This is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue immediately and refund my money.

Worst experience. They have not been crediting my money to my account for the last 7 days. Everyday saying we are working hard on it. Don't know what they are working on a UPI payment. And before that they are saying that should wait for 5 working days. After 5 working days they are working on it and not giving a time for refund or credit to my account.🙁

My deposit was on pending for 24 hrs then got cancelled and the money did get credited. I opened numerous tickets and emailed them at support and finance and yet after 1 whole month the issue still remains unresolved. Every time someone new from their team joins the conversation and asks me for the same details and screenshots that I have already sent 10 times. I had a small amount stuck I'm worried about the people who deposited so much more and got scammed here like me. Very poor experience...
