i deposited amount one month ago but that amount not yet credited into olymptrade account and showing payment failed i raised concern the financial team not responding properly, they asked some documents i shared the all and still they saying our team is looking into this issue every time. it has been happened more then one month still they are saying same. looks like the team don't want to return back my money, worst experience really

I made a deposit but the money was not credited to my Olymp account for 2 days and it has not been credited yet. I cannot call this app a scam because when I made my deposit for the first time, The money was credited within a minute, but when I deposited it a second time, it wasn't credited at all, it took two days. Now I don't know if the money will come or not😓.

Such a shame ! I deposited for 2 times and both of times app deducted payment from my account yet declined to to up my wallet. It's ridiculous after making so much complaints the reciever's don't even respond to the msgs and calls don't even return the payment. These thieves stoled my 5200/- and at the time of withdrawal it's even more insane and frustrating, time showed is 3 hrs and after the whole night, I got notified that transfer declined. I mean seriously ??? Shame on you guys.
