Issue resolved. some upi deposit show scam tag and banks don't allow transaction with those accounts, so deposit can sometimes get complicated but i am still glad there's UPI option otherwise going through skrill and other wallets gets bothersome since I don't use cards. Otherwise everything else works great, great customer service, easy and fast withdrawal. There is a hidden deposit fee of $8-15, could be fluctuations in exchange rate. But 10% of the deposit is on the higher side. BK AFNAN

15 days have passed, still the money has not been added to the Olymp Trade wallet nor has the refund been received in the bank account, I have also complained, they tell me 7 days, sometimes they tell me 15 days. Customer support is also useless. There is an automatic reply but you cannot reach the customer care or talk to them. No matter how hard you try. Many times I have also sent a mail. The amount has been debited but the showing cancelled on app interface. How possible?

worst experience in the first deposit itself.. A petty amount if 1500 has not been credited to my trading account even after 4 days.. thankfully I didn't go for a larger amount (which I was about to). raise complaints but no resolve.. why would some app take days to credit the amount.. I believe that I have lost the money .. before even beginning to trade.. and that's not done.. investors are requested to go for much more reliable apps..
