i make deposit on Olymp Trade on 22nd June. It has now been almost 2 weeks and my deposit is still not showing progress. I contacted support and was told it would take time, but then the transaction got cancelled. After that, I was told to make a deposit without sending money (a test/verification deposit), so I deposited $31 as instructed. Support then told me to make 2-3 more deposit requests, which I also did. It has now been 7 days and I have received no response.

I cannot recommend this app based on my experience. I deposited ₹10000 on 16 June 2026, but today is 01/08/2026 the amount was neither credited to my trading account nor refunded. My support ticket is #27539579, and after more than 3 weeks, I have only received repeated promises and delays despite submitting all requested documents, including my bank statement. The transaction still remains unresolved. If you use this app.

Worst experience. They have not been crediting my money to my account for the last 7 days. Everyday saying we are working hard on it. Don't know what they are working on a UPI payment. And before that they are saying that should wait for 5 working days. After 5 working days they are working on it and not giving a time for refund or credit to my account.🙁
