"I deposited money into my Olymp Trade account for trading, but the amount was deducted from my bank account and has still not been credited to my trading account. This happened last night. Please either add the funds to my account or issue a full refund as soon as possible. Very disappointing experience with the payment process and customer support."

My deposit was on pending for 24 hrs then got cancelled and the money did get credited. I opened numerous tickets and emailed them at support and finance and yet after 1 whole month the issue still remains unresolved. Every time someone new from their team joins the conversation and asks me for the same details and screenshots that I have already sent 10 times. I had a small amount stuck I'm worried about the people who deposited so much more and got scammed here like me. Very poor experience...

Nearly a 1 day has passed and my deposit is still not credited to my account. but there has been no resolution till now. I contacted support multiple times through email, yet all I get is the same automated reply saying they are "working on it with priority" without any real update or timeline. This experience is extremely disappointing and stressful. Honestly, this app is not even worth 1 star. It's very frustrating.
