You guys are a scam right. No customer service, withdrawal just keeps postponing, and you create withdrawal without my accord. Why? I can't even advise this app to somebody. You guys create all types of advertisements for this? Please be serious, this is not legit.

Dear Support Team, This response is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. You have blocked my funds/account for an indefinite period without providing any fixed timeline, written justification, or legal basis for the so-called “investigation.” Saying that you cannot provide a timeframe effectively means you are withholding my funds without accountability, which is a serious compliance issue. Olymtrade has stuck all my money for many days now, and no one is responding properly.

Has the most inefficient Customer Service I have ever experienced, even for straightforward issues. it's now 120hrs and an issue where you withdraw funds and receive them but the system still shows message that it is still processing transaction. Despite showing them the POP, still not removing that tag, meaning I can't make any further withdrawals until they remove that. Update: Sent several emails to the Supervisors as advised. No feedback. I am deleting my account! Useless! Don't bother!
