plz solve my payment transaction it's showing that payment is successful but the in the transaction section it's showing pending and failed as well. But few years back I was able to do same amount transaction but it was shown successful in the app but now it's showing pending and failure both.pls resolve the problem it's my hard earned money

I haven't even used the app but I had to leave a review for its god awful ad that keeps appearing everywhere. It's the same 10 second ad that keeps repeating over and over and over again and never ends for some reason. I've wasted so much of my time just waiting for the ad to end and the little X button to appear but it never does. The lost minutes of my life that were stolen from me in an endless ad will forever haunt me. If I wanted to download the app, I would the first time the ad repeated

I made the deposit payment twice — once ₹1000 and once ₹500 — but the amount has still not been credited to my wallet. I have made the full payment, but the deposit is not reflecting. I also have payment proof. There is no proper customer support option available to contact anyone. This seems completely fraudulent
