I requested a withdrawal from Olymp Trade 2 months ago, and despite sending my bank statements, net banking proofs, video recordings, and official emails multiple times, support keeps asking for more documents and hasn’t processed it. Their trading charts also seem manipulated — if you keep winning, the algorithm triggers losses, and even when you win, withdrawing money becomes a struggle. They play with your hard-earned money, so don’t invest a single penny.

Has the most inefficient Customer Service I have ever experienced, even for straightforward issues. it's now 120hrs and an issue where you withdraw funds and receive them but the system still shows message that it is still processing transaction. Despite showing them the POP, still not removing that tag, meaning I can't make any further withdrawals until they remove that. Update: Sent several emails to the Supervisors as advised. No feedback. I am deleting my account! Useless! Don't bother!

I have deposited 1500 inr in olmyptrade account. it is deducted from my bank account. but not added to my olmptrade account. it is showing it takes 24 hours but after it cancels . I want my money back. useless app. or I will file a complaint. no customer support.
