I signed up as a cleaner. You have to pay $25 for a background check, which I think they should pay for. When you get the job, checklists are complex and difficult to read. Work is very specifically micromanaged. You are required to send not just a few before and after shots, but specific photos you have to match exactly and at least 30 per job. Inside drawers and cabinets, etc. Then they delay payment. I had to fight with them to get paid.

First it had me contact support to activate my account. Once my account was activated It says that the app isn't available in my area. So, I went through the whole background check & registration process and even had to contact support for activation just for it not to be available. Like that would've been nice to know beforehand. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because support responded quickly. I downloaded this app to make money because I'm between jobs; definitely a disappointment!

missing jobs due to not receiving notifications or receiving them and I can't accept in app. it will freeze up!!! lots of opportunities lost sadly I enjoy using this app the one customer I was able to accept after receiving notifications. I have not been paid for jobs completed in July various emails and attempts to get answers no one addresses my concerns..
