I signed up as a cleaner. You have to pay $25 for a background check, which I think they should pay for. When you get the job, checklists are complex and difficult to read. Work is very specifically micromanaged. You are required to send not just a few before and after shots, but specific photos you have to match exactly and at least 30 per job. Inside drawers and cabinets, etc. Then they delay payment. I had to fight with them to get paid.

I'm having the same issues that everyone else on here is talking about still haven't been paid and it's been months the one job I managed to get I spent 3 hours longer then I was supposed to get payed for the customer service is rediculous so far had only generic automated responses and I've emailed and called almost everyday at least few times a week ... new year now and still nothing not a word about when I'll finally get the money that I worked for and client already payed through the app!

First it had me contact support to activate my account. Once my account was activated It says that the app isn't available in my area. So, I went through the whole background check & registration process and even had to contact support for activation just for it not to be available. Like that would've been nice to know beforehand. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because support responded quickly. I downloaded this app to make money because I'm between jobs; definitely a disappointment!
