Upon starting, after I've completed the checklist of, adding a bank,n verifying email. It won't allow me to do the last task adding a profile pic. it stays on the loading page until I shut down the app. Un download it Re-download it. Check for any updates. But when I attempt to add a photo again it told me that I need to fix my permissions. But all the permissions were allowed. Everything was toggled to have permission for everything needed. But it still won't let me add a picture. Ugh pls hlp

First it had me contact support to activate my account. Once my account was activated It says that the app isn't available in my area. So, I went through the whole background check & registration process and even had to contact support for activation just for it not to be available. Like that would've been nice to know beforehand. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because support responded quickly. I downloaded this app to make money because I'm between jobs; definitely a disappointment!

It's been over a month since I did my very first clean and I still have not received my payment! 10/10 do not recommend working for them or doing business with them! Who knows where your money is going because it surely isn't the cleaners and lord only knows what they do with your bank information you give them for direct deposit. I have declined every clean after and deleted my account! They can never give you a time frame on when the money will hit your account only an excuse to why it hasn't!
