I must not get something about this app. I scheduled service and then cancelled it, but never received a full refund. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. They also charge you before the service is rendered in contrast to some other cleaning apps. Their app messaging also doesn't work. I have to write e-mails to them every time I want discuss something.

Super unreliable and unprofessional. I set up a biweekly cleaning, and the cleaner never showed up for the first cleaning 3 separate times, 3 separate cleaners! I was very flexible on timing and tried to reach out to all 3 cleaners, and all of them no-showed. When I reached out to the Tidy team, they told me that I could cancel my plan for a $40 fee. Are you kidding me? A $40 fee for a service that was never provided. Don't waste your time.

I have used this app a couple of times. Very convenient. I like the task checklists and the pictures. The prices are a bit high, though, and there are some features that do not seem to work, like adding a primary/secondary cleaner. In order to book the same cleaner, I have to refresh the marketplace countless times before my cleaner shows up. Otherwise, it just randomly picks cleaners. It would also be good to have the cleaners located on the map so that you can choose the one that is closest.
