I had a super shady and misleading experience,I downloaded this app because the website said if I download i get 10 percent off, but when I did it said item didnt qualify for discount. That is a very shady way to get customers to install an app and then not deliver on the discount because its not ideal for you guys to discount certain products.

I had to order 2x then fix the cart then my bank put a hold on it cuz it appeared fraudulent and I still have 0 receipt or shipping and my bank released the funds. I always shopped here in person i guess I still should the website was not friendly or easy yet Zumiez was very easy.

the tillys app sucks and glitches out. I've tried to press the return and exchange button for multiple days now even restarting the phone and it doesn't let you in. not to mention I paid for 2 day shipping and it came a week late and they refused to refund my shipping!! so, I returned EVERYTHING I bought.
