I haven't been able to get in the app in a week. Everytime I load the app it doesn't go past the loading screen in the beginning. The little circle "Abe" spins just keeps spinning snd doesn't load. The ads in the app are atrocious to deal with. Every two swipes there's an ad. When I do get past the first screen it will freeze up after getting a few swipes in. I blame the ads because they always make the app freeze. I've also uninstalled and re installed the app to no avail.

Before the newest update, I would have given timehop five stars. However, since the new update has come out most of my pictures won't load. Without them, I'm not sure what the point is... update 12/2025 I recently switched bank to android, and I've had problems with this app crashing since the day I downloaded it. after a nine year streak, I'm no longer able to even check my memories...

I use to love time hop! But it's newest update makes it slow to load. And sometimes I don't want to see all of the photos - it was nice when I could choose which ones I wanted to see. Not have to scroll through tons of photos to get to the 5th year. The new update is better, but the ads have increased. which are slightly annoying. I wish there was a button to just skip to the end, some days I don't have time to go through the photos.
