Worst support! I've been using app for last 1.5 years now. I have purchased the subscription for upcoming year too. Somehow they locked me out and I'm no longer receiving OTP for logging into the application. Please don't purchase any subscription with TimesPrime as this could happen to you as well. There's no other way to logging into the system and I have reported the same issue to the service centre and all they revert back is to restart the device. I did that for tons still issue persists.

App is clean and easy to use. Navigation can be better. Overall for the price charged, the memberships/benefits just ok. For all the memberships/benefits if purchased individually we do get discounts/promos. Hotstar additional subscription is bit problematic. It will show 6 months Super plan on Hotstar side and validity is more than that. So, if you upgrade to Premium you lose amount paid via TimesPrime.

Worst support ever !! There is no direct way of reaching their support, and on mails, instead of resolving the issues, they just send you standard copy-paste replies. Most of the coupons don't work, and they don't even acknowledge that and do nothing to resolve this problem. Please don't purchase this membership, totally useless.
