Ratings and reviews

Instead of making users pay for a subscription they don't need in a set amount, give them the option to customize their plan so they can select the apps they want. This will make the subscription more cost-effective and valuable. Also it's a shame that the Google One plan of times prime is only available for new users, definitely a major drawback 😒👎

If you already have a Hotstar subscription taken from Hotstar directly and you take another one via Times Prime, Prime will override your original hotstar membership making the whole effort useless. Both your memberships will run in parallel. Then if you try to contact Hotstar they will point you to Times Prime, and Times Prime will point you to T&C which no one reads. They can easily detect such a thing in their software. Wasted my money on Times Prime

I have opted for timesprime power subscription and applied a coupon of 600. The transaction got failed initially and retried at the same place and got succeeded. Unfortunately application switched the subscription to super and activated that. I wrote mail to time prime support with different level of explanations(more than 5 mail are exchanged). The only response i got was we cannot help you. Even requested to call me. Just want to understand are you sending same reply to all queries.
