I am a long time user of this app. It now fails to save puzzles . I have completed hundreds of puzzles on the app and now am unable to reload and continue any of them. In short , all my data has been lost. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, however the data remains lost. The developer needs to read this and sort this mess out.

Sems to follow the pattern of the main Times app. Won't open, tried reinstalling, won't work. I wanted this because the Puzzles page, in particular new Polygon seem a backward step. The changes of font in the puzzle (not in line with the Puzzles main font [ serif to non serif], ) seems like it's change for change's sake. Needed fixing not changing. Small thing in the scheme of things but changes should be for the better.

Not worth your money. Non-existent support if there is an issue - which there was this weekend with an unplayable crossword. The interface works well but the on-screen keyboard seems designed to be as irritating as possible. How they can justify the £4.99 subscription, I have no idea.
