About this app

Tidepen is a GLP-1 shot tracker for weekly injections and daily pills. Use it as a semaglutide tracker or a tirzepatide tracker: log each dose, see the countdown to your next one and rotate injection sites on a body map.

Tidepen is a calm log, not a coach. It records the dose your prescriber gave you and never suggests or changes a dose.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick your medicine: semaglutide, tirzepatide, semaglutide tablet, liraglutide, dulaglutide, or other and compounded.
2. Type the dose from your prescription in mg, units or clicks, then set your shot day and time.
3. On shot day, tap "Log today's shot". The dose, time and next site are already filled in.

INJECTION SITE TRACKER
A body map with 8 sites: 4 on the belly, 2 on the thighs and 2 on the upper arms. Each site shows how many days ago you last used it, and Tidepen points to the next one in your own rotation order.

WHAT YOU CAN LOG
• Shots with dose, time, site, pain and a note, and pills with dose and time
• Weight with BMI (add your height) and a chart that shows your dose bands
• Side effects such as nausea, constipation, heartburn or tiredness, in 3 levels: mild, moderate, severe

ESTIMATED LEVEL CURVE
See an estimated medicine level curve based on the published half-life from the label. It is an estimate, not a blood level, and the app shows how it is worked out.

HISTORY AND REMINDERS
• History grouped by week, with search across notes and symptoms
• Reminders for shot day, the evening before ("Pen in the fridge?"), pill time, weigh-in and water
• Discreet notifications that leave out the medicine name
• Exact alarms, so battery saving does not delay a reminder

REPORT FOR YOUR DOCTOR
Create a PDF with doses and sites, weight and BMI, side effects and notes for the weeks you choose, then share it from your phone. PDF reports are part of Pro, or watch 2 short videos to unlock one report.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
A GLP-1 tracker with no account and no sign-up quiz. Your logs stay on this phone, not in a cloud. Lock the app with your fingerprint or PIN, and move to a new phone with a backup file you create yourself. Pick a light or dark theme, or follow your phone. Crash reports with error details and a device ID help us fix bugs; they never include your logs.
