Split the bill without the awkward maths.

TipSplit takes the bill, the tip and the people, and tells everyone exactly what they owe — down to the cent. It runs entirely on your phone: no account, no internet connection, no waiting.

EVEN SPLITS
Type the bill, tap a tip (10%, 15%, 18%, 20%, or your own), set how many people are at the table, and read one big number. A breakdown underneath shows the subtotal, the tip and the total.

WHEN SOMEONE OWES MORE
Not every table splits evenly. Switch to Shares and give each person a weight: 2x for whoever ordered two courses, 0.5x for the child who shared a plate, 1x for everyone else. Each row shows what that person owes, and the footer keeps a running total of shares, cost per share and grand total.

ROUNDING YOU CONTROL
• Exact cents — split to the last cent
• Round each person up — everyone pays a whole amount
• Round to the nearest 25¢

Each option shows what it would actually cost before you pick it, and the app tells you how much over or under the bill you end up.

THE CENTS ACTUALLY ADD UP
A $100 bill across three people is $33.34, $33.33 and $33.33 — not three amounts of $33.33 that quietly lose a cent. TipSplit hands out every leftover cent, so what the table collects always matches the bill exactly. Same when the shares are uneven.
