You can't cancel a pick-up after you select a helper. You can't message a helper before selecting them. There is no way to know if that helper will fulfill your needs without a conversation. I posted for immediate help and selected the first helper, but they can't show up until an hour after the time slot and they refused to cancel. I have no power to cancel until much later, and the app charged me up front, so I am held hostage by this person who wants my money but doesn't care about my time.

It's not working well on Android - despite the most recent update, new phone, and un- & re-installing the app. I can open the app, but nothing shows up within 300 km. I can post an ad & choose my helper, but can't send any chat to him. I realised these problems only happen on Android because I then tried installing it on iPhone. There, all kinds of ads show up within 300 km and no problems with sending chats. Not an ideal solution because it's my wife's phone.

Stops working more or less all the time, so you need to close down reopen it. Doesnt reload automatically when you get a new job. Kind of slow.
