This app is designed exclusively for the Fastrack Reflex Vox smartwatch

Ratings and reviews

I have been using thia app for about 1 and half year. There was no problem. Sometimes it log out automatically but the loge un process is so easy so I never found it as am issue. But from past 1 week I have been trying ti loge in but I couldn't. It is saying network error even though my network is fine .. I tried all ways but no use. I need solution ..

Edit - This issue has recurred in October 2025 as well. Don't go for Titan. Ever. Their login mechanism is outdated. And can keep anyone logged out of the app forever. And the support team won't have any clue at all. Also, whenever it intermittently works, Sleep tracking is completely erratic with no option even to manually input correct start and end times.

I don't know why the app is having so much problem with logging in. Even I've entered the correct number and even receiving the OTP but each and every time I enter the OTP the app says there is a "NETWORK ERROR". I've tried multiple times evn uninstalled the app and again installed it but nothing seems to work. It's just been 3-4 days since I've purchased the watch.
