Can't even get it to finish loading. Since we got the new equipment put in our home this app doesn't work at all!! It won't load on my phone. At least with the old equipment I could set my dvr to record shows if I wasn't home. Now with the new equipment I can't do ANYTHING! Just keeps spinning and spinning then exits back out!! I would have gave a ZERO if I had the option!

Description isn't matching It says that you can download and watch your downloaded programs outside of your home. But as soon as you click the play icon a message comes up and tells you how you are not permitted to watch. The application is 30% useful; and that's if you're trying to record or delete programs, other then that I don't see the point of the app. Hopefully the developers will update the system with TiVo and provide that option of being able to enjoy downloads, live TV ect.

I do not understand an app for your phone that only works on your home network. The idea of having access to your programs on your DVR is so you can watch away from home. Why would I watch on my PC or phone while at home, when I can just turn on my TV. Xfinity's app let's you watch recorded, live and On demand anywhere. This is useless. I gave it 2 stars because it works in my house.
