Very disappointing experience using application, spent more time than dinner to just redeem a simple gift voucher. Very poor application usage experience, menu attached in application is absolutely different from one served at the outlet. Also, no one from the outlet really knew of our booking. If you can't expect that kind of coordination between the application and the outlet, you shouldn't run an application. Never recommending using this app.

This app has to be amongst the worst in the industry. Just keeps crashing. Have been a member since the last few months and to see even basic information like offers is a challenging task. To redeem a coupon you have to literally open the app multiple times. This review is only for the app. Service at hotels is as always excellent.

I regret taking this membership for Westin Goa. Despite requesting a complimentary room well in advance — nearly 20 days prior — my request was declined due to full occupancy. As a single-outlet membership, it also lacks flexibility to be used across multiple cities, which makes it inconvenient. In comparison, Hyatt’s membership program offers far better value and usability. This experience has been disappointing and does not meet the expectations set during enrollment.
