The app just doesn't work. The keyboard for search engine keeps collapsing. This seems to be a perpetual problem. There is no way to transact online either. Every reply seems to request customers to contact them directly. How silly is that! When the app is perpetually unresponsive and if it does respond then the search window collapses. What more do you need to know. Made a mistake getting Bonvoy Membership. Money wasted. 🤨

The most pathetic app I've ever experienced. Took membership and used the benefits a few times but of late the app has become just so unresponsive. I'm unable to select the property and hence can't view any of the vouchers. Uninstalled and installed again but there has been no improvement.

I had a lot of membership from ITC, Taj, Sheraton and IHG but this is the worst app and membership I had. You are tied to a specific hotel but still you have to book at the centre and they take 24 hours to confirm any reservation. The weekend free stays cannot be availed as the rooms have to be booked a month in advance. complete waste of money.
