What is ZipBy?
When you download and register ZipBy on your phone you can drive in and out of any ZipBy car park without needing a ticket. If payment is required it automatically charges your credit card when you exit the car park.

"Experience Frictionless Parking" - sign hanging in huge font as you drive in. LOL. The app wouldn't let me register an account, erroring with "No internet", yet I could download the app and load the website just fine. When I realized this wasn't going to work, I went back to my car, and already had a ticket. Less than 5 minutes in the garage. Complete racket. You can collect your bogus charges from my cold dead hands. Find parking on the street.

When I first used this app it was awsome; I only paid for the time I was parking, not the whole day (which is the flat rate) It does not work most of the time. It keeps saying - "Oops we did not catch that please try again" or "No internet or wifi when my device clearly have a connection. It's really stressful when you are at a gate with cars right behind you waiting to enter but this app just does not work. I had to pay a full day price fee for parking when I was only there for 4 hours.

RUN AWAY now! This app doesn't work reliably at all! I got into the garage okay, but couldn't get out. I had angry drivers behind me and had to use my card to get out... Paying the 75 DOLLAR FEE FOR THE WHOLE DAY. I was only there like 2.5 hours. My parking session is still open in the app, too! I'll be disputing the transaction with my bank if they attempt to charge me.
