This is my personal experience using the TMG Life app. 1. Put Intelligence electricity card against phone 2. TMG Life successfully reads the card 3. Card information appears 4. Enter credit-card information 5. Payment completes 6. Money is taken 7. Electricity card is NOT updated

Mid at best. Useful for nfc charging your utility cards, other than that its been very unreliable. booked a plumbing service months ago and i'm still waiting on it to get dispatched :D I've also been unable to register my car through the app as requested by the city hall since the feature is missing for me!
