La aplicación dice q la transacción puede tardar hasta 5 dias laborables. Hoy se cumplió el 10mo día y mi familia en Cuba aún no recibe el dinero. Lo peor es q ningún representante de atención al cliente me ha dado alguna explicación. Ademas, me he dado cuenta de que Tocopay me ha estado cobrando un recargo de $2.25 USD por cada transferencia de dinero enviada, ademas del cargo por la transferencia. Este recargo no aparece en la factura al momento de realizar el pago. Es un recargo sorpresa
