Tolbook is the management app built for anyone who works every day with dogs and cats in a grooming salon: client and pet records, photos, appointments and backups, all in one simple app — easy to use even if you're not tech-savvy.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Complete pet records (name, species, breed, notes) linked to one or more owners
• Photo gallery for each pet, with a featured profile photo
• Calendar-based "Agenda": check the day's appointments with their scheduled times, and tick off each pet as done — or flag it as a no-show — as you work through the day
• Last appointment date, with a search filter for pets overdue for a visit (2 weeks, 1, 2, 4 or 6 months, 1 or 2 years — including pets with no appointment on record)
• Search filters always visible: name, species, owner, phone, breed — no hidden menus to dig through
• Quickly link pets and owners, even creating a new record on the fly from the other one
• Adjustable list density, to see more or less detail at a glance
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Everything you enter stays saved only on your phone: Tolbook has no servers of its own and never transmits your client records to anyone.
BACKUPS, ALWAYS SAFE
• Automatic backup to a folder on your phone that you choose
• Automatic backup to your own personal Google Drive, so you're covered even if your phone breaks or gets lost
• Manual export to a single file whenever you want, to save or move it wherever you prefer
