Horrible! So confusing, convoluted, not user friendly,... on... and...no. Got invoiced for tolls I wasn't aware of due to what I previously mentioned. "Invoice fees", what a scam this is. You charge me fees because you mailed me an invoice. How about contacting me via email, text or phone before "invoice fee (fleecing) me. And the multitude of contact options to submit payment/fees is boundless, but go luck finding contact info for HELP. Just tax people to use the roads. What a government scam!!

Thieves!! Their transponder failed to register at the toll stations, and it took them almost a year to figure it out. Loved the $400+ violation notice because of YOUR transponder failing to work. I kept paying and recharging my account, but why did it take a year for them to figure out their part failed. They down right refused to help or anything. So I now take alternative routes and spend a bit more time on the road, but it's worth not paying the rape fee.

I've tried to use this application several times over the past few months traveling from Iowa to Illinois. It just plain doesn't work. The features to pay your bill immediately don't seem to exist in the application, and the search parameters to find the time you may have gone though a toll are hyper specific to the point where it seem like it is set up to purposely make you not be able to pay the bill on time. I've had to pay late fees on the toll twice because I had to wait for the paper bill.
