the app is fairly unorganized. you cannot easily monitor which vehicle went through the toll. you have to check activity, get the transponder number. Then go to the transponder section and get the license plate. Then go to vehicles to find out which vehicle it was. also adding transponders to a new vehicle could be a bit easier. after a few times, it becomes easier, but the first time can be frustrating.

The Illinois toll-paying experience is terrible. I traveled there recently and never want to go again. I paid the tolls after my trip and now they say they're unpaid (yet my cc was charged), and they're threatening me with fines. The app refuses to work "something went wrong try again later". Customer service can't answer basic questions and they say they can't do anything until after I've been invoiced with fines. I tried paying the toll again but the site gave an error about paying twice.

It's more an issue with the system, not with the app. But it will not allow me to see past paid tolls. I struggled to do the same thing on the website. I know I incurred tolls within the last 50 days, and I know that I paid tolls through the website. For some reason, it will not show those tolls even if I select to review the past 90 days of activity. I have tried to view this information on 3 different devices. I also tried to use the virtual assistant, but no luck. Typical Illinois.
