Can't turn off daily diary and other forced notifications. It's so annoying and they're obviously trying to get people to interact with the app more just like Facebook started to do with their app. No one appreciates unwanted notifications and reminders to use an app when you don't want to. Really poor choice by the app developers. I might just turn off notifications altogether.

It won't stay connected to my phone. You cant understand anything when your talking through it. When it does work, the picture is crystal clear, and I love it. But having to troubleshoot every time I get back into the app is a hassle. Customer service is amazing and does their best every time. I just wish the voice was more clear

No longer works, have had this for 3 years. Camera image shows up in app, device says it streaming, but no stream shows up on the app. Can't connect message pops up. If I power cycle it works for about 2 hours, then stops. Help desk ends up telling me to pay for a subscription, since there appears to be no issue they can find. I'm more leaning towards this being done on purpose in order to force users into a subscription. Will be trashing the device and replacing it with a competitor.
