First using this app, is so good, like I've literally found a bank app that speaks my character, but I just wanted to mention that some of the redirected doesn't have a back button, you guys might want to check that out, like in the stash after selecting create a stash, you can't go back, and also some other parts around My Profile. Hope to use this more and with the fixes included. Thanks! I love the jargons and less formal naming, it doesn't seem intimidating now for a bank app, which I like.

keeps sending notifications via app and email, even if payment was made several days before due date. UPDATED: THEY STILL KEEP SENDING MULTIPLE NOTIFICATIONS EVEN AFTER I'VE PAID SEVERAL DAYS AGO. As per their reply to this review, the notifications will STOP after the CALL is ANSWERED, not if the due was already PAID. What kind of nonsense is this?

Hi luv! To clarify, Tonik follows a structured Payment Reminder Process that starts 7 days before the due date to help customers avoid missing payments. As outlined on our website, reminders may include emails, SMS, and a call starting 5 days before the due date, which stops once the call is answered. Thanks! XOXO

This app is extremely frustrating and unreliable. I tried to use it for an urgent transaction, but the OTP took almost 50 minutes to arrive. Because of this delay, the app became completely useless when I needed it the most. You can’t depend on this digital bank if you’re in a hurry — it will only cause stress and embarrassment. The user experience is very poor, and the system feels slow and unstable. A banking app should be fast and reliable, especially for security verification. Tsk
