I'm editing my feedback because I hate how bad this app has become. I have a loan and I pay in advance. But I still get inundated with payment reminders. It would've been okay to get it once, but I get it a lot. Then my dashboard shows I still have a balance for my due today, when in fact I already paid it almost two weeks ago. Honestly love this app/bank. Excited to use more of it as I'm planning to save more and just manage my money better.

Hi luv! To clarify, Tonik follows a structured Payment Reminder Process that starts 7 days before the due date to help customers avoid missing payments. As outlined on our website, reminders may include emails, SMS, and a call starting 5 days before the due date, which stops once the call is answered. Thanks! XOXO

Very smooth and fast transaction. They will just call you for verification and review your application. Although you do not have any transactions in their app, yet they will let you borrow as long as you are qualified and the term is up to 12 months. The app is very warm, customer service is a pro. Thank you Luv for approving my loan. Highly recommended. God bless.

You know your messages in the app is cute and all but Jesus Christ. just tell me the actual reason why I can't freakin transfer. Your support is not helping at all. You've got like 50 security questions. I spoke to you through the app! That means I am able to log in. my god. frustrating really. after my deposit matured I'll just close this account. no point in working with a useless app. really.
