This app requires a lot of permissions and is mandatory, otherwise you can't open the app. Why do you need Phone, Location and Storage access? Other banks doesn't even require it, and if they do it's always optional. Their reply here still doesn't explain why it's mandatory to give them access, they're still the only bank that forces you to grant them these unusual access to login.

NOTE: PROBLEM IS SOLVED! SPECIAL THANKS TO THE TONIK DEVELOPER! KUDOS! I already paid my loan for February in advance and did appear it on my payment history. However, when I double check it because now is my due date 2/25/26 for the loan, my feb repayment status gone and nowhere to be found. Already call you but your agent suddenly drops it. So frustrating hopefully you will fix this and will reach out to me for explaination. Also there's no ticket provided on me.

24h verification to open an account? that's crazy. update: my name was misspelled and asked for correction. I was advised that it will take 3-5 banking days. I was advised not to put any funds at the moment for my "safety". i wasn't any given any ticket number to track this complaint. I just opened this account and so far, horrible experience.
