First of all, I think the app is promising and cute. I love the features too. The problem is after a few successful transactions, all my subscriptions and online purchases are getting blocked and declined. Customer service sucks they don't know what it is nor they have any suggestions or troubleshooting to resolve it. The sole purpose of me using this digital bank is to have an effortless experience in making an online purchase and it failed. I will take my business elsewhere.

The interest rate is not that high and very convenient to pay because monthly payment for 12 months will it depends to you how would you like to pay they have 6 months ,9 months or 12 months payments,I highly recommend this online loan apps for those who wants a emergency funds .This apps is very transparent and very friendly apps

This is how the people in lending industry should be, providing fast service, convenient mode of payment with friendly and accommodating agents... That's what I'm saying before... But now I'm not sure... For some reason, my reloan application got rejected for the third time without any reason or explanations! That's very DISAPPOINTING! For the record I always paid earlier or on time for my monthly installments... I got rejected w/o any valid reason and they won't tell you anything 😡
