Temporarily changing my rating to 1 star. It's been months since I've been able to access my account due to selfie verification failure. This doesn't occur in other apps. I've already emailed customer service and tried reinstalling the app. I hope a fix is added soon.

This app requires a lot of permissions and is mandatory, otherwise you can't open the app. Why do you need Phone, Location and Storage access? Other banks doesn't even require it, and if they do it's always optional. Their reply here still doesn't explain why it's mandatory to give them all these access, they're still the only bank that forces you to grant them these unusual permissions to login. Very intrusive. Funds withdrawn and uninstalled.

Worst app in history. After you pay your loan you will still receive a barage of texts/calls to settle. If you don't want to be harassed and you value your peace of mind, I highly suggest don't transact with this bank. Also my account got locked out and when I try to reset my password I'm not receiving any OTPs!! Waste of time and worst bank ever.
