I tried loaning from this app. I was asked to wait for 24 hrs but it has been 2 days and it still hasn't arrived so I decided to delete my account. There was no option in deleting the account so I contacted their customer service and they ask too many questions. They're also gathering information on Savings Account even when I already told them I don't have one. Then they procedeed to tell me that they cannotgrant my request. Such a SCAM app. I have screenshots. DON'T USE THIS APP!!!

I have sent thousands to another bank, and I have yet to receive it. Was told that Instapay does not work but it isn't disabled from the app? What more, since Instapay does not work and Pesonet only works on weekdays, my money is basically trapped in Tonik until they freaking solve their app issues. Been a long time user tho. This is sad Update: they gave back my money after a day. Edit to 4 stars

adding IDs with the ID scanner was the most difficult experience ever. There's no option to just upload a photo or a capture button to make sure you took the damn photo of the document. Instead you have to wait if the AI gets it, which it doesn't, putting the process in idle and makes you go back to step 1.
