the app perfectly works the first time I use it, but the next time I tried to open it, the app is not working, the app doesn't open, I have been trying to open the app for several days already but then it doesn't open I have tried restarting my phone, or tried another wifi connection thinking it's the connection but then it doesn't work, I have an upcoming debt to pay, and they have a high late fees, and I can't open it so I cannot pay on time due to this problem, it's a hassle for me.

Really? Now you demand me to put my savings and transact in your app after you reject my first loan application? You can't even review a loan application properly. For your information, I don't have any overdue or delayed payments on any lending apps or banks. I'll take my business elsewhere. This app is too demanding.

the savings interest is pretty high and that's what makes this bank good, but i hope they remove the transfer fee or just lower it at least, also the home color is white which makes it bright and there's no option of darkmode, I hope u guys add it soon it's much more pleasing in the eyes if people can choose there preferred background color like darkmode to bright mode.
