Ratings and reviews

Whenever I try to pay my due it won't let me. It only says "We're sorry, it seems that we are unable to process your transaction. Please go to Help > Help Center to learn more or submit a ticket for your concern." But when I try to contact their number, I can't reach them, it says the number is disabled, so I try their email, but they only have an repetitive automatic reply.

Problematic. Can't access funds. The issue has been going on for over a week now and they still haven't found a solution. It is a critical bug. The devs should have been able to fix it within a day / few days. Several similar reports show up on reddit. Their customer support seems to not be able to comprehend the emails at all. Repetitive, generic response only.

I attempted to pay my due amount, but an error occurred during the transaction. The app said that the payment did not go through and assured me that I would not be charged. However, when I reopened the app, I noticed that the amount had already been deducted from my account, but my due amount is still showing as unpaid.
