The app is whatever. A little hard to understand, it asks for a code no one is able to give you. You cannot change reservations without it. The service is bad the sellers lie to you. Do not take the night tour. You are not able to see much and it is very boring and uncomfortable. They say the liberty island is close but that is a lie. They just don't take you. They do not offer transportation from the bus stop to the ferry it is a 35-40 minute walk!!!

pathetic service.. I wasted 1.5 hours to wait for the bus and moved out in frustration.. Requesting for my full refund as I can't trust the crew anymore. please do not go for Top View at all.

the service is not punctual. They lie about the frequency. They say that the bus is 10 mins away, but you might end up waiting for a few hours. it's a tourist trap.
