Worked after my initial post but same problem again. Can't use the app to control it at all. Just won't connect. I can connect to and control my Midea AC unit so not my WiFi Dont bother folks. You will only get hot and bothered with this pointless App and you won't even be able to log in, never mind turn on your AC unit. Instead just rely on the excellent remote control which works by being within 12 inches of the unit and pointing it straight at the unit. Honestly!

After switching to another WiFi I am unable to add the AC in the app. I have tried everything: new account, made sure I am on 2.4 GHz network, reset WiFi module, unplugged AC and so on. it is always stuck on "Mapping AC to user". I think it is a problem in the Toshiba database since this AC was already linked to another user and WiFi. unusable. error message doesn't help at all. really bad app, don't by Toshiba.

The app does what it's supposed to - if it ever works. Unfortunately, all our air conditioners sporadically lose the connection to the Wi-Fi router. Toshiba Service also has no idea how to solve the problem.
