The app sucks. It used to work pretty well. Lately, every time I start the app and select one of my devices from the list, the app does not reflect the current settings of the AC, which is annoying. Also it used to show the outside temperature, which was useful. However that also does not work anymore. I work as a IoT backend developer and I don't think it is just the app that is immature, it's the entire eco system.

We are really sorry about the cloud server intermittent downtime that you may have experienced. We have now resolved the issue and completely revamped server and release process. We will continue to monitor this issue, and the pop-up notice will stay in the application until we ensure a normal situation. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Overall the app is easy to use I particularly like the energy monitoring function. Was easy to connect to Alexa for voice control. Room for improvement with the setting up: It would be better if a list of available wifi access points for selection were displayed rather than trying to remember what your SSID is.

Application works but the features are very basic and just follow the remote control. I'm missing the option to save and load settings for a AC unit or group. I also dislike the fact that you can not temporarily disable schedule as it will be deleted when exiting the schedule management. Connecting to google assistant did not work as I always get wrong username or password even if both is 100% correct. The intial pairing was also a challenge when the unit is 4m high.
