I came here to check if there is an update because for the past 3 months, whenever I place an order, it will pend for weeks and then cancel itself. if they have no need for the app, they should deactivate it because a shopping app that you can't use to shop is truly useless. The worst part is when you call customer service they lie and say they are not even from tospino but they don't know when they cancel your order from they're side, they're number is added to the order cancellation note.

There is still no iOs version of the app. I ordered some stuff using the old app (online). More than 3 months now, I still haven’t received it and now all the details on my account are gone. No evidence I have a pending unreceived order that I have paid for. Who does that? And your response to all the issues here are the same. Automatic response. Wow!

I don't know if this people has turned into fraud, I ordered some items last year June, the app shows I'll receive it within 3 months, it's now January 2026 and I still haven't received my package. if you call to complain they won't answer which is very infuriating. it's high time I sue this app for fraud and scam. bcus you can't tell you will deliver a package after placing an order and refuse to deliver it.
