it is more than 90 minutes that I placed the order. app is showing order confirmed. no one contacted me. then I called the howdy helpline. they say my order is cancelled by app. but on app it is showing confirmed

Poor experience through the app, as always. It took me two hours last time, and again it's almost an hour, and no one called me or told me or asked me about the order. Same process I'm repeating this time again, calling their helpline again and again. Very poor service through app.

Worst experience we went there 2 times first at 1 am at night according to their google map location it was saying that it is open till 2 am, then next day we went around 11 and they said dine in is closed now although other people were sitting there eating they said you have to give order prior to 11, next day we called to order on phone for dine in and they again refused that we can’t take dine in orders
