Fraudulent app, Money deducted but order not booked after making dozens of calls and send number of messages and emails they don't even both to reply.

it is more than 90 minutes that I placed the order. app is showing order confirmed. no one contacted me. then I called the howdy helpline. they say my order is cancelled by app. but on app it is showing confirmed

Poor experience through the app, as always. It took me two hours last time, and again it's almost an hour, and no one called me or told me or asked me about the order. Same process I'm repeating this time again, calling their helpline again and again. Very poor service through app.
