I've had this app for quite some time and Friday, it suddenly won't work. If fails to open and frequently crashes when trying to open. y'all suggested checking features to ensure I had nothing that would be causing it and to uninstall and reinstall but nothing has helped. I don't want to continue my subscription if I can't even open the app before it crashes in a split second.

my issue is with the billing. I'm contacting my bank tomorrow morning and have to stop what's going on, now first I'd like to see if you want to handle it. i don't have much phone time or experience. i believe it was back in may of this year i ordered the total AV for 1.99 trial fee 7 day. after it says 4.99 monthly. well my account and bank statements show i was billed 3 times in a single purchase. something is definitely wrong fix it please return my money as soon as possible. and I'm watching
