About this app

Appointment Manager is a simple and practical app for small businesses or solo freelancers to manage bookings and appointments. It’s ideal for services like beauty salons, cosmetics, haircuts, or dental offices.

The app uses a slot-based booking system, where the duration can be configured for each service. For example, you can set a minimum duration of 1 hour, and the app will automatically reserve that time slot when booking.

You can also schedule SMS confirmations and reminders. Important: the app does NOT send SMS automatically — it only shows when a reminder should be sent, and you must send the message manually.

This app is fully offline and does not use a server, so it does not support syncing or collaboration across multiple devices. If you need that, there are other apps available. This is intentional because: PRIVACY is a core feature: all data is stored locally on your phone. The app is completely free, has no ads, and does not collect any data.
