This app is extremely unstable. When I initially installed it, it worked for a week or so, but after that, I've been unable to open the app. I initially downloaded the app shortly before the latest update. I am a new customer of Touchcare through my work. I find this extremely trusting because it makes it difficult to communicate with Touchcare staff on the cases they're working on for me.

Won't let me add insurance card, won't let me contact app support. pretty useless

Hey will update as needed ! But as of 8/19/2024 the function to add an insurance card is not working. It asks for permission to use the camera but then doesn't respond, likely some error stopping the code from opening the camera or galary! I'm running a galaxy S24 5g for diagnostic data! Best of luck dev team you got this !
