Good postcard quality, delivered fast, people love getting them. I see from my previous review that I've been using this app 10 years and it's still 5 stars despite the app becoming constantly buggier and harder to use. You click things and nothing happens. Try to duplicate a sent card and the copy is all messed up and you have to recreate it anyway. Address book is a buggy mess. I have reported these bugs, hope they get fixed!

Infuriating. An actual postcard sent from mainland Europe will reach the United States more quickly than one sent via touchnote. I suppose they get around to actually printing a mailing these...every few weeks? Best of luck actually locating the photos you want to turn into postcards on this app. Once in the app, navigating to your (android) photo folders is close to impossible.

In order to use the app, you have to create an account and it doesn't tell you that they only have paid membership until you create a card. There is no free option except for the free trial and the annual fee is insanely high for sending postcards. Too bad, I was really excited to use this. In response to the company response: No, Im good thanks. After reading a bunch of reviews, it sounds like your company is just a big money scheme and low quality products. Good luck to you.
