worst customer service ever, don't buy any electronics equipment form here, I purchased a power station for my family in Cuba the power station arrived without the solar panels that should come with it and on top of that doesn't work and once I call customer support to see what options I have available they said that they are not responsible for anything that happens to the equipment or if it defective or not that I just had bad luck basically. I don't give a cero star because I can't.

Unable to add a credit card, and make payment. first it gives me an error, but then when I go back it saved the credit card information. Then I try to use the credit card and it asks me again for the credit card information and the same error appears. It has been happening for days now and it's very annoying. I haven't been able to send money to my family. I will have to find another way since Cuballama y not reliable anymore

so far very useful I have found items that I have not been able to find in other apps
