I like the app itself, but I haven't had much of a good experience as far as connecting with other people through it. There's no strong penalty for buyers when they ghost sellers, and the Meet Up Reminder feature is optional, which has occasionally made it hard for me to get buyers to even commit to a specific date and time. I've had a lot of deals fall through and the time that has been wasted communicating with flaky buyers has been frustrating from a seller's point of view.

User-friendly platform for posting items to sell, and easy connections with potential buyers in a secure fashion. The only thing I would like is permissions to boost my items more often, though I understand this may be part of their efforts to discourage professional resellers and to keep it fair for the everyday person trying to declutter or grab a good deal.

I participated in an ongoing event (12 days of giving) and I was the winner for multiple days. However, I was denied award based on the rules NOT stated in the contest (max one reward per user.) Very disappointing. This makes me think that this company is much less reputable than what I have considered it to be.
