Took a few times of inserting the device into my phone for it to finally work. I changed my display feature to keep my screen on for 10mins and then touched the screen, periodically, to keep it on. I found that when the screen darkened, it seemed to "unmount" the device and said I had to insert it, even though it was already inserted. I had several thousand photos and videos that were successfully transferred onto the device and it took about 2 hours. All in all, an easy and good program.

The instructions are worthless, the more detailed insert is unreadable due to the bitsy bitsy font. When you try to enlarge the lettering is a blurred mess. There is no need for the print size since the back page is blank. The additional page of instructions can be read. However, once the stick is inserted it says follow on screen instruction. Which are not clear and distinct directions. Look for a better brand of photo saver!!!!!!!!

Spent last 50 minutes with 2 different techs. trying to get my PhotoStick with Android adapters to work. No success! Admit that I have trouble following their directions. I'm 78...just wanted to download my pictures from my Samsung Note8..... tried the links they suggested & my last message popped up that it appears device is not PhotoStick!!!What the heck?? That is exactly what you sent me, with 2 adapters. Yes, I took phone cover off. Yes I restarted phone. Simple for someone, not me...
