I cant connect my tv its saying Member Not Found but I have a premium subscription 💔

If this was maybe two months or so ago I would have worshipped the ground that this app walks on lol cause of how good it is. Now I can't even download any of my certificates and I have a very important job that I wanted to apply for. thank God that I have the important certificates for this job application but still. I feel like all the work that I put in to get the certificates and they are over 80 of them has all been a waste!! DON'T GET THIS APP!! I did get in touch and NOTHING has happened.

So far I can only offer a bad review of this app. I paid for a 1 year subscription 48hrs ago and the promised access does not work and there is no refund. I feel scammed after sending so many messages to complain. No action and no response. I am very disappointed as I love Trace on dstv and was lookong forward to watching a wider range of channels on my mobile device. Update on 18 October 2023, still no access and no feedback whatsover. I am so angry. I lost my money to this fake subscription!
