how do you charge so much for equipment with such doo doo software, fix this immediately you thieves. set up in the app was okay, took a while. but created a test training. followed app instructions. I have now stopped recording and shut off the device and yet it still shows a started recording in progress, on going for 30 mins. cant stop it, can't delete it. just going on forever. wt actually f

Good: decent work flow stepping you through the many steps to start recording, one of the best I've seen. Bad: where to start? Hard to link to your kid's account, regularly forgets family connections, can't use certain types of legal email addresses, video quality is bad, game downloads often broken, AI player and event detection so-so. Ugly: when recording games won't save score or colors, get email complaining but app won't fix. After app update my team is deleted so can't even record anymore.

I paid for Trace to record games and provide analytics, yet I'm blocked from viewing my team's videos until at least six players create Trace accounts. Coaches can no longer manually add players, forcing families to sign up just to be rostered. Creating barriers to access footage we've already paid for feels more like a strategy to drive account creation and subscriptions than a feature that helps teams. Very disappointing change.
