I got a new phone on the ST. I saw that this app took all your pictures and saved files, kept them in ST cloud, & when you change devices, it would bring everything to the new one. So, I decided to download it to see if it worked. Would it make it less hassle? I got my new phone, set it up. As soon as I downloaded the cloud, it had a button that said Resore Content. Contacts, files, pics, EVERYTHING from my old phone, was put it on the new. Effortless, I couldn't believe it. def recommend.

I can't log into it. I've reached out to tier 1 and tier 2 support and no one can help me. I have a plan that includes the 100GB cloud storage. But no matter what I do it says my number is not eligible for cloud storage. Horrible customer service. No one can solve this for me. It's ridiculous.

What a disappointment 😞 This is just another app to take up space that I don't have to spare & I already have more than one app that's factory installed so I'm going to use them. They're easier to navigate than the 1 provided by Straight Talk. I'm going to change my service for the 1st time in years. Y'alls service used to be the best & now I can't be indoors & have a signal to use my phone. I shouldn't need to go outside to use my phone. Convenience is 1 reason to even have a cell phone.
