BE AWARE OF 2 THINGS WHEN USING THIS APP: 1. Shipping options to North America will not always appear available at checkout, but instead show only a very expensive $300.00+ option available to ship even a small package or product. Tradeinn has acknowledged it is a glitch, but have still not fixed it - I wonder why!?. 2. The app allows you to automatically place an order for a product you are looking at with the "one-click order" button; it is very easy to swipe it by accident and if you do, the purchase cannot be reversed. You must request to cancel the order, which takes several days. Meanwhile the charge still goes through to your credit card before t is eventually refunded a week later.

I cannot recommend this company as a customer from the USA. I ordered a soccer ball and received a blender. There are many questionable online stores and I have been lucky to have decent outcomes. However, when dealing with an unknown quantity and they get their part wrong, I no longer will use them nor advise anyone else to as a result. The hassle to return item, the turn around time, the subpar app experience, and other options being available go into this decision and review.

Very frustrating experience with TradeInn. I ordered two items based on the delivery date shown on the app. Later I was told one item had not even arrived at their warehouse, which delayed the entire shipment. They refused to split the order and ship the available item. I had to remove one item, yet refunds are only processed once the remaining order ships. Even then, DHL pushed delivery almost two weeks later. Delivery dates are clearly unreliable. I would not trust them for any purchase.
